"RALPH"

  1. I did this with the legless rope climb sub and rowing 750m. Also, I missed the full touch on the climbs because there are some nasty through bolts at the top of my rope and you have to be able to grap about a foot at a time to get past them and by the end I was stacking my hands on top of each other to get up rope.

I totally underestimated how hard it would be to maintain the rows. I had 3 minutes to go with just the rwo and I tried to get the erg below a 2 minute 500m split and I ended up at a dead stop after a minute of trying. I got back on track ground out the last 600m trying not to puke the entire way and finished at 30:18, 19 seconds off my goal.

This is another great hero WOD. I am glad that we can honor them in our own small way but I am saddened that some many have and continue to die for the benefit of others.

  2. What an awesome post Justin. Good work here sir. I'll do this as well this evening with rowing sub, but I will have to scale down the DLs. I'll add reps to make up for less weight so total weight moved will equal 2,000 pounds/round.

Got in late last night from Austin and needed to catch up on sleep. I'll try to get off of work early enough to bang this out before dinner!

  3. I've been fighting a nasty cold over the past week. Hope to hit some WOD's over the weekend.

  4. Damn it! You got me. 31:15

I did deads at 205 but did 10 instead of 8.
    I also rowed 750M
Rope climbs got me in the 4th round but I did em and I did em RMFX'D. Had two friends join me for this, then right after I coached my wife and four of her friends through a 40 minute boot camp style beat down. It was fun.
