Front Squats and Pullups

  1. Pullups? Ya right... I can barely brush my teeth, can't pick up my kids.

    I did 5 rounds of 15 front squats @ 135 and 15 GHDs. Took about 13 minutes. Good enough for me. See comments under "Weston" if you want to know why my arms are so jacked up.

  2. Fletcher, nice work on Weston, sorry for your pain my friend that is brutal. Don't even think about this one for a while, front squats way overload the forearms when mixed in with pullups.

    I went with about 75% of my one rep max of 320, so 245#s. Pullups took fore ever because my forearms were already done in the middle fo round one.

    As described 9:40. Very good wod. You really have to concentrate with the heavy squats when you are breathing that hard.

  3. JTS you are a strong bastard. Wow. I did 175#s. I can do way more but as we all know... my back.
