  1. Fletcher, nice time yesterday with the runs. Those are no fun at all.

    It was just flat wrong to do this after yesterdays thrusters and TTB festival. Situps and squats took me forever and ever, even in round 1. Also, what I have learned as I have done more and more WODs and held myself to a higher and higher range of motions standard, is that I was not doing anywhere near full ROM in the past when my times were significantly faster.

    Today. 20 kipping pullups with no doubt chin above bar. 30 hand release push ups to full lock out. 40 unhooked foot situps with hand touch feet. 50 squats with ass to dynamax and complete hip open at top.

    I felt like shit and my time is pathetic, but I did it with strict form and I am going to be sore as hell for a week. My one bright spot was consecutive pullups 20,16,12,14,16.

  2. Wow... that was simply awful. Did full ROM on all things, straight up. Elbows locked on pullups and pushups, hand release pushups, squats full down and full up to hip extension.

    had two buddies with me yelling at me and calling me a He-Man LOL... so that motivated me. :-)
