    Tried close grip under hand and hands facing each other at 45#s but could only get two.

    Way to move some weight Dave. I have never really done more than 1s and 2s and that third rep was a lot more for me.

    Fletcher, the twins are very nice for sure.

    Row 500M sprint, going for a PR... NOPE. PR is 1:29.7. Fell apart final 150M, 1:32.3. WEAK! Did it on the new rower, trying to break it in. Got a hardcore metcon throat burn after this...
