  1. Wodoers: Didn't have time or dumbbells to do this one this a.m., so I did

    30rds: 1muscle up/2pistols

Good wod. Weird metabolic load. I didn't really start sweating til end and now it is just pouring out of me. 13:29. Pistols are getting better still not games standards.

  2. This WOD was like no other in terms of forearm beatdown. I had six guys here this morning doing this with me. Very fun. So we each rowed once and one guy didn't row, the rest of the time we did SDHPs with the bar. For 2 rounds we did 100 SDHPs, for the other 2 we did 75 SDHPs because it was getting ridiculous. Arms numb, etc. Farmer carries were much harder than I thought. It's best to try to jog when you are doing those because the longer you are holding onto those damn things the harder things get.

TT 41:39. Mike got 43:33, Jesus got like 53, Heath went for 57. Chad didn't know his time (it was his first WOD!) but he did good! Then Joey, Mike's 13 year old son did 25 lb KB SDHPs and 20 lb dumbbells moves, Joey was done in about 45 minutes.

    It was a party!!

PS - I ordered a second Concept 2 model D rower. That's my birthday and Christmas present (birthday
is 6 days from Christmas). Now we can get some head to head rowing going.

Chelle is out in the garage right now doing "Morrison" with her girlfriends. It's a CrossFit world over here.

  3. Guys be careful with this one. My forearms are beyond sore, they are injured. I can barely extend my right arm to "full open", severe pain. It is ridiculous.

  4. yesterday my arms were so bad I considered that maybe I had rhabdo and was considering going to the local clinic for a blood test... swelling, couldn't extend arms without a lot of pain... today though there has been some improvement so I am riding it out. Damn, this WOD was RETARDED.
