TTB, Rows, Burpees

    10 Weighted toes-to-bar, 8 pound ball
    Row 200 meters with straight legs
    10 Rower-facing burpees
    Row 200 meters with straight arms

    I used a 10# ball, everything else RX'd

  2. I only have a 20# ball so I subbed 2 weighted TTB. I might have been able to do three after I kinda figured it out, but I still had about 8 missed reps. Also, just about did some serious damage in round one when the ball went flying halfway up. Everything else as rx'd. 13:02.

    Not that much of a gasser cause I just could go that fast on the straight arm rows. Rower kept wanting to do a "wheelie" and I was worried it was going to come apart in the middle.

  3. I did 12 pounders for the TTBs so I did 8 instead of 10. All other stuff RX'd. That was some interesting rowing. Justin I don't get the wheelie deal??

    Then I rested 5 minutes and did the FS+pullups. Arms are better now finally.
