I started going into metabolic derangement on the cleans, then it was full on disfunctional derangement halfway through the pullups, then I dropped the bar on my head trying to dump it after rep 11 on the OHS, then I spend sometime in every following round talking with pukie and trying not to quit bent over wondering why in hell I do this to myself, then I had to stand there gasping and staring at the bar for 45 seconds before I could even think about attempting a front squat, then I was finally fucking done with the total ass kicker of a WOD and my watch said 42:33. Enjoy it.

  3. This was a great WOD. I can honestly say I left it all out there. Going to Vegas this evening so I had to hit this hard "pre Vegas" :-).

    TT 29:55, RX'd.

    I resolved to go 10/10 on all squats and I did manage it, as well as the PP's. Not so on the SDHPs or DB thrusters.

    Had about 28:30 showing when I got into the FS's so I knew sub 30 was a possibility and I was only *slightly* nauseous so I went batshit hard at the end. left me on the ground for a time...

  4. Sorry, for clarification.. dips were ring dips, and cleans were power cleans as shown in the video.

  5. Fuck this! I was actually hauling ass through this little piece of shit WOD until it felt as if I was hit in the head w/a board. I believe I was sitting at 22 minutes at the sumo's then BAM! Burpee's I was dying and breathing fire. I literally started having trouble hearing! Ugh... I'm still trashed. This was prob' one of the hardest WOD's I've done. I'm almost fully recovered from that head cold as well.
