This one is just silly. Did 1250m row, 100 hand release push ups and squat snatches. I missed the first six snatch attempts over the course of three and a half minutes because I could not complete the catch and hold the bar overhead. Then I found my rythm and overhead strength and started hitting one every 15 to 25 seconds with some misses here and there. Regained a little pride by somehow pulling off a double for 9 & 10 to finish just under 19:30.
