My ass is just not made to row 5k. I was suffereing and adjusting a bunch after 1500m. I toughed it out even with my legs fallinga asleep for the last 2000m.
My original goal was under 25 minutes. My second 2K was faster than my 1st. By the time I got to my last 1K I readjusted my goal to be under 22 minutes. TT 21:54.2
Had my buddy Mike over this AM. He's 46, swims a lot. He's been CF'ing with me lately too. We started with bench press for warmup.

Then Row 5K. Even right when Mike got here during warmups I had some wicked awful farts, stomach was bothering me. At about 2500M I started getting a wicked side cramp... stopped for a few, tried to continue but it was too awful. made it to about 3200M and had to stop. Lame. Gotta make this up.
Mike finished in 19:38. This was his first time rowing. He's pretty tall... about 6'2" and in great cardio shape.

Totaltime 20:24 pr, but not a happy PR.
