  2. Scaled the weight to 255 because I haven't lifted semi-heavy in awhile.

  3. I wimped this one. I scaled DLs to 200 but I did 10 reps/round instead of 7. HSPU's: First time I have done them in a very long time. I did them to AbMat which is a total cheat. TT 12:04. Squats after deadlifts are interesting.

    Warmup: Row 500M
    Cool down: 50 GHDs

    Music: Classic rock. first time I have WOD'd to classic rock. Not very motivating but a cool/chill change of pace. I think I had some Rush, Zep, and Fleetwood Mac going on.
