  1. I subbed row 1k for the runs and it turned this wod into a slow and painful torture festival. I knew it was going to be an endless pile of shit when I came off the bar, fore arms squealing for mercy, after only five, that's right five pullups. I do not think my forearms are going to be correct for several days. I did find a tiny bit of pride halfway through the wod and I ran the second half on a negative split to come in just below the 40 minute mark at 38:31. 19:31ish and 19:00.

This sucked. I recomend running if you can...

  2. By ran the second half on a negative split, I don't mean "ran" I still rowed this stupid son of a bitch, my time was just quicker. Have fun with this one!

  3. Adding rowing to a WOD that has a ton of pulling moves already (cleans and PUs) is brutal. I got me a cold fellas. Damn it. I'll get back on the horse ASAP.

  4. Back from having a cold. Still have it some but felt good enough to go for it. I had 5 guys in the garage this morning (including me) so me and the two youngen's (rugby dudes) did this one but we subbed 75 box jumps for the runs. Maybe fair, maybe not... it was a bastard. I'll admit I wanted to quit a couple of times. TT was 37:40.

This kid Josh is pretty bad ass, but he took 51 minutes because I had him go for a 500M row PR right before the WOD. He killed it with a 1:35 but his throat was jacked after that.

My other buds did a 5 RFT row, pushup, DB thruster WOD, it kicked them!

Chelle and I are thinking of keeping this fix and flip project we just acquired for ourselves, it is in the city in an awesome location. Has an old small two car brick garage. That thing will come down, and be replaced with an oversized 3 car WOD garage with heating and A/C if I can swing it. It was butt ass this morning. If we do this, it will be like 7-8 months out. It's going to take a long time. The house right now is a small brick tudor (1160 SF) so we are going to pop the top and build back. Maybe make it like 3,000 SF + basement. Kind of like the house we have now size wise. We shall see....
