Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    240 was a very nice front squat.

    I put the dynamax down at 185 and realized that for a heavy thruster the ball prevents me from getting all the way down in the hole, so I had to get rid of it. Funny how that works. On a max back squat I just want to barely touch the ball and go and on the thruster I want to get as deep as possible to have more time to get moving fast...
