So I looked at this and tried to figure out the best plan. At only 12 minutes I didn't want to pace it too much cause there would be no benefit on the back end, but going completely balls out could definitely end in disaster around the 5 to 7 minute mark, so I decided go for 3 rounds in the first 6 minutes and 2 in the last six. It worked with a little time to spare. 5 rounds + 7DL as rx'd. It kinda felt like doing Fran and then at around the five minute mark going, I think I'll try and pace myself now and try to keep moving for another 7 minutes. Great workout total gasser and I am certain I will feel like a newbie from the pain in my chest from those pushups tomorrow!
Justin thanks for posting a number for me to shoot for. I came up short but what a WOD. Pushups got tough in the last couple rounds and thats what slowed me down.

I got you guys! Barely... but I did. I actually didn't look at your performance first either.
ReplyDeleteBox jumps slowed me down. Tried to do DL's unbroken in round 5 and 6 but got 11 both times. Just too exhausted.
