I was stuck with my barbell. I put some athletic tape in the middle to help with balance and grip, worked pretty good. Left arm was my goat, but I got them all at 100#s. Did 25 double unders to sub for the shuttle, roads are dangerously slick, fresh little ball bearing dust on hard pack. as described 12:04.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I find the fact that JTS did this as RX'd WITH A BARBELL WITH ONE HAND to be quite amazing. I doubt I could do even ONE rep of that. You are a beast.
I can move 100# DB's.. but in that movement??? Damn , I seriously doubt I could do what the chicks were doing (70#). That's pretty outageous. In fact, my back is wincing at the thought.
Did what I think is a squat snatch with 100 pounds (bar with 2 hands) and a 200 meter run instead of feet. My son also ran with me so they were slow, he's 4. TT 17:17.16
Justin what can I say..you're a beast. I did this with a 70# dumbbell and sprints were up down the driveway. For clarification is was a 200 foot sprint not 200 meters. Just throwing that out there because time seemed wrong when I was finished.
