5RD/5Heavy BS/10GHD

  1. Squats to dynamax and GHD floor touch toe touch, I am not sure exactly what was going on on the mainsite video. I never re-racked the bar, but I definitely stopped and took some deep breathes on reps 4&5 in every set. 255#s on the Squat TT=7:53

    I do not know if this really is a WOD to race through. Also, it seems to me you have to just decide if you are going for "pure" speed, or if you are going to hold yourself to the "games" standard on ROM and just let the time be what it is...My theory is if I ever have to throw down and back my shit up in front of judge, then at least I will know my real time by doing full ROM all the time.

  2. After fighting with pukie for a good 30 minutes after yesterday tabata, today my abs were screaming at me. They started cramping up at the end of the 3 round. I wanted to pick a weight I could move relatively quickly so I chose 215.
