AMRAP RD8/BJ10/WOHL12

    This was a great WOD today. The only thing that really slowed my down was ring dips. I did the lunges return to standing got all in the first round and then 8 and 4 in all the reamining rounds.

    Bummer was wrist stopped my stop watch on a dip in round 4, so clock did not run for 2 to 5 dips, so score does not count. With the above disclaimer, 5 rounds 8 dips and 10 box jumps.

    Great really fun wod. Sweat just pouring off ten minutes later. Have a bad feeling the old glutious maximus will be cramping up from those lunges later in the day.

  3. Have dinner plans tonight with friends and I was feeling groggy so I was thought "hey, I'll bust out another WOD".. have to be in the car in 5 minutes... so I got 7 rounds + 8 RDs + 1 BJ.


    Half of my BJ's were of the "Step-Up" variety. The site gives me the impression that is a legit sub. You are still going from ground to hip extended on top. When my legs are tired they give out for jumping and I crash and hurt myself.
