"Tabata This!"

  1. Damn, I was on a nice little PR pace when the deficit pushups from yesterday caught up with the tabata pushups for today. They went to hell and I still had a chance at a PR if I could average 15 situps per round, but crampie showed up and my situps fell off a cliff...

    Row=6 That was too easy need to go for 7

    Squats=15 Killer but doable, 16 would not happen

    Pullups=6 Just right, rounds 7&8 were tough, might be able to get 7 on the right day

    Pushups=7 9 seemed reasonable after yerstday but was not!

    Situps=7 Crampie ruined the day! 15,15,15,12,7...

  2. Hey dudes... I am up in Crested Butte with Chelle for the next few days. Gonna go hit the slops and snowboard all day, with a most excellent Denver Broncos football long lunch interruption, then more riding!!

    Squats: 15's
    Pullups: Wanted 6's, ended with 5's
    Pushups: Wanted 11's ended with 10's
    Situps: 12's

    Total:50

    Abs are screaming at me now.

  4. Whoa! First WOD after a 4 day snowboarding vacation in Crested Butte. Rode powder all day for 3 days straight, which really hurt me but without CrossFit I wouldn't have done near as well.

    I got 53 on this. I can barely type

    Row 8
    squat 15 (next time going for 16)
    pull 6 (couldn't hold 7's)
    Push 11
    Sit 13
