15minAMRAP:10KBS/10BJ/10RD

  1. Ring dips got me, everything else went really good and fast. I even put the ole 75er back together to do the KBS as rx'd. 5 rounds + 10 + 10 + 4.

    Cross country skiing six miles yesterday did not help the ring dip cause.

    Going on a cruise Friday, hope to WOD next few days. Couldn't do it today, feeling crusty.

  3. All right Justin I just have to call this one... you pussed out! LOL...

    First WOD for me in 5 days, but feeling better. Headed out on a Disney Cruise tomorrow. Plan to do "Kenya" later today as well. And get in a WOD tomorrow before I go. I'll stay on it during the trip and try to post with the Blogger app on my iPhone. Heck, I paid the $25 for roaming from the sea, so I might as well use it.

    I don't have the 2 pood anymore, so I used the 1.5 pood and did 13 KBS per round.

    Got 8 rounds + 13 KBS + 5 BJ. RD's were OK. Usually went 6 and 4 with about a 5-10 second break in between there.

  4. I would agree that I pussed out on the ring dips, but just for the record, I would have to say I think more effort is expended jerking off than swinging a 1.5pood kettle bell 13 times:)
