Tried to pace myself and go for negative splits. Guess I didn't pace myself right, still kicked my ass even though times are sad.

I think I am suffering from FRS(frozen rower syndrome). Anytime the tempurature is in the teens or lower in the garage the thing just doesn't seem to spin as freely as it should.
I decided to give the shoulders a rest and hit up a good runnin' WOD. Felt pretty good so I pushed myself beyond what I'd done before, and I was right. Checking on my last times, I beat every one of them by about 15 seconds. My lungs felt it. 3:24, 3:25, 3:20
This is an example where the 125% rowing to run ratio isn't always a wash. Not trying to be a dick here, but Wy, first you are a FAST runner... but second, no way you could do that on a rower :-)
My times were 3:26.7 (PR?), 3:48.1 (was dying from first one) and then 3:46.0. First one killed me, I went balls on that one.
