  1. I subbed 800M rows and 16 CTBs and 16 ring dips.

    Henceforth, I went for 4 rounds + 800M row + 80 squats + 4 CTBs at the buzzer.

  2. I did this as rx'd. Squats and running did not go well for me. Muslce ups were fast because of all the time between sets. 4 rounds + 650m or so, finished 5th 400 at 45:32.

    Fletcher, I know I can row 800m faster than I can run it all day long, but I have no idea what it would do to my muscle ups, but I assume it would not be good.

  3. I hear ya man...I was rowing my 800's in about 3:05-3:15 and there is no way I can run 800 that fast especially consistently. I just wanted to focus more on the CTBs and RDs as well... either way I got spanked. I pushed really hard in that last 1/2 round on the rowing and squats, I was groaning audibly, it could not be helped. You killed this thing considering you did it RX'd!! The 16CTBs and 16 RDs took me a while. It's hard to do that shit when you can't breath LOL
