Pullups were just a joke for me, even in round one I had no energy to butterfly kip. Double unders were good in 1, horrible in 2 and just easy in 3, they continue to baffle me. I suck at push ups and my rowing was pathetic in 2 and 3, so I guess that would pretty much so explain my time.

What is a good sub for run 1000M that is not rowing? 75 box jumps? 150 air squats? You call it boys.
