  1. I did this with 320# sumo stance + one 30" box jump per round. This was tough. 5-4-3-4-5-4-3-4-3-5

  2. I didn't do this heavy. 135#s for the weight. I still have some nice open rips on my hands from the MUs the other day, so I just held the bar with my fingers.

  3. Did a modified version of this. It's been awhile for heavy deads for me.

    10 rounds of:

    5 x 255 DL's
    10 AbMat situps
    5 24" box jumps
