I did this with 320# sumo stance + one 30" box jump per round. This was tough. 5-4-3-4-5-4-3-4-3-5
I didn't do this heavy. 135#s for the weight. I still have some nice open rips on my hands from the MUs the other day, so I just held the bar with my fingers.8, 7, 8, 8, 9, 8, 9, 8, 9, 9
