Snatch Hang Snatch Plank

  1. Did three rounds of this rx'd. About 17 minutes? I just knew five rounds would be too much for my knee. All I know is "shaking like a dog trying to shit a peach pit" would be a very accurate description of me after about the 17 second mark on the chin over bar hangs.

  2. This was awful.... I got home after midnight last night and didn't sleep good, and was out of town for a few indulgent days. I stayed mentally strong and finished. First round was 3:40, but slowed WAY down after that. Last two rounds I felt pukey and dizzy... but just tried to keep moving. TT 28:40 RXd

  3. 1st intro to the Snatch with a Barbell. Did it with 63 lbs, took a while to get warmed up to where I could go deeper on the squat (prob not deep enough) total time 31:45

  4. This one really sucked. Justin's poetic license with the dog and the peach pit is spot on. Instead of the snatches I did 63# squat cleans. Stopped after 4 rounds to prevent death. TT 25:14.
