Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

  1. Had a week of trial, then a week of unexpected travel, then a nasty cold, so haven't exactly been keeping up. Lungs still congested so I figured this was a good WOD to get back on track with as trying Angie would probably have led to a coughing fit that would have caused numerous blood vessels in my head to explode. Did this plus some box jumps.

    Might have had one more set a little heavier in me but used discretion, (discretion is something I am learning to use more and more as 40 years old gets closer and closer), and called it good at 255#.

    Hope fully I will be able to hit a met con soon.
