AMRAP in 10 Minutes: 20 DUs, 15 KBS (1.5 Pod) and 20 Walking Lunge

  1. Sometimes the short ones are the worst cardio WODs. Today certainly fit that description.

    Pushing hard I was able to complete 6 full rounds.
