5 rounds of Fight Gone Bad @ 20 reps each

  1. That was a good ol' gasser. TT 28:58 RXd. Impinged shoulder will not like that very much.

First round was 4:03, then I slowed down, as usual.

Dave is another new friend that I've met down here and he came today for his second WOD... he got 29:19 for 4 rounds with 45 lb barbell.

  2. Nice work Fletcher. I am still fighting a bug, so three rounds of this had me ready to die, but I am thinking the sweating help raise my body tempurature enough to kill some shit.

I am bummed I did not finish this, but I got in three rounds right around the 21 minute mark.

I will hit this one again. I think I prefer fight gone bad task priority versus time priority.

  3. Nice work man.. get better and come back hard and fast, JTS style.

We had 6 people in the garage gym today, that made it fun. Drug the rowers out onto the driveway. 3 did this, and my wife, her pal, and me did some core WOD that my wife made up. Went like this:

    6 RFT
    6TTB
Run 100M with 20 lb ball
    6K2E
    Run again...
20 situps with 12 lb ball on chest

First 3 rounds done in 9:00, then I wanted to have more fun so I wore a 20 lb vest for the last 3 rounds.... but still used the 12 lb ball also for situps. That was tough... 21:10... Then in the spirit of CrossFit madness, I joined Jeff and Josh for most reps of their last two rounds of this WOD, leaving the vest on to make it just a little bit more fun. I like to have fun.

    1. Harrison still recovering from cold/chest cough. scaled down sumos and PPs to #65 first 4/3 rounds, then down to just #45 bar last 1/2 rounds. TT 36:03.

  5. Nice work everyone, not an easy WOD.

I did a scaled version of this today, I don't have a rower so I did 20 Reps at RX of all the movements minus the rower.

To keep the intensity high I removed the 1 minute rest. Regardless I felt a bit cooked this morning and felt slow. TT 24:22
