5 RFT 350M run 50M Lunges

  1. I did a dumb thing and scaled this to the more difficult. Subbed 400M rows for the runs (and rowed like the Dickens) and held 25lb dumbbells in each hand for the lunges.. which were also a bit more challenging on a lumpy grassy surface. We did this in the parkway in the middle of the street I live on... which was nice... got some fresh air.

    Walking will be unpleasant for the next several days. I am thinking either rest day tomorrow or Yoga... or a bike ride.

  2. Fun in the sun :) I did 3 sets of 400M rows and 2 sets of running 350M. Did the lunges with 15 lbs dumbbells 1/2 of the time and the oher 1/2 without weight. total time 20:59

  3. I did one round of rows and 4 rounds of the running. Like Jeff, I did alternating 15#/no weight lunges. TT 20:57

  5. Yesterday morng presented this challenge. Not a lot of fun, the runs were not that bad after the first 20 yard, the lunges were killer. I did this RX, no extra weights. TT 16:52
