2013 Regional Event 7: climb, run, clean heavy, run 4 RFT

  1. Had to scale this after I got started. Did legless climbs but needed foot assist in last second climb of rounds three and four. Cleans went:
    205x4
    205x4
    185x4
    155x4
    It was hard to convince myself to keep going after I missed the first 205 in round three, but I talked myself into scaling and I am glad I did.

    I would have been better off with 400m runs to give my forearms more time to recover.

  2. I scaled to 155 squat cleans so I did 6 reps/round instead of 4. The rest RX'd, TT 11:15. Then I rested 3 minutes and did one more bonus round in 2:30. It was a party.
