30 Minute AMRAP: 800M Runs, DB thrusters, 400M farmer carry.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
800-meter run
35-lb. dumbbell thrusters, 25 reps
400-meter farmers carry, 35-lb. dumbbells

  1. This one was interesting... I should have moved faster on the farmer carries to relieve the forearms but I was just sort of slogging along. Did 900M rows instead of running... which seemed about the same time as the runners. TT 30:02 for three rounds, with 35 pounders.

    Jeff got 30:45 with a running/row mix with 30 pounders

    Christian, in his second ever CrossFit workout got 32:49 with 25 pounders. It was a nice morning of fun.
