I did this RX'd except the HSPUs were to AbMat, but I was sorta proud of myself for doing the DLs RX'd. They aren't that heavy really but I have been staying at 205 for DLs for a long time, I figured this was for old guys (Masters) and it's only 20 more lbs. It wasn't too big of a deal, but we all know 20 lbs does make a big difference. I could sure feel it. This was the first WOD I've done solo since moving to the new pad. I like having buddies more, but no one could make it today.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, 10:20 was the time. Did the first 15 DLs unbroken... that was an interesting feeling... kind made me see stars. Stars are pretty.
