15 min AMRAP PP/OHS/GHD

  1. This one made me feel stupid. Did the push presses just fine then literally fell down on rep number two of the OHS squats. Battled through multiple failed reps and single reps to finish one round at about the 9 minute mark. Then started over again with singles on the push press. Got me one OHS in round two and called it a day. I think all those heavy deadlifts yesterday pulled my body apart and it has not come back together yet.

  2. Did 65#s for the weight and 10 shoulder presses for the 7 PP.
    Made it through 3 full rounds and felt a little numbness/tingling in the rt thumb so did back squats for the 4th round. Didn't want to push it.
    TT 3 rounds(with OHS) + 10 presses + 10 BS + 11 GHD situps
