This was unpleasant. Jason, I don't like you anymore. Your burpees are marvelous. I did 95 lb barbell thrusters, better on the shoulder than a 45 lb dumbbell.

Thruster with 94#s on the bar.
I did sets of 8 throughout the WOD. Scaled Thrusters to 75# on the bar to save my shoulder.

Total Reps: 188

I was in animal mode on the last round of thrusters. Dang near fell over after that... literally. Like, for reals. LOL. Hello? Goodbye.
I am impressed by everyone's numbers. Except mine. Although still recovering from long bout w/ cold/bronchitis so I'll put an * next to these.
