Today was a fun day in the gym. Had my buddy Sean over to the new gym, he's the guy that first introduced me to CrossFit. Jeff came, and also some new neighbor friends came over (husband and wife).... I am not into doing 100 pull-ups in a row anymore. So I did 25 pull-ups to start, then 100 push-ups, 25 pull-ups again, 100 sit-ups, 25 pull-ups, 100 squats, 25 pull-ups. That's how I will do this from now on. The shoulder impingement is getting worse not better... The push-ups didn't help. Oh well... 18:25.

DeleteAfter doing 220 of 3 of these movements yesterday this was painful, regardless I put all I had into it. TT 18:06
