  1. Being fat does not work so well for this wod. I made it through 4 rounds as rx'd and then I had to scale the weighted ones back to 25 pounds. 27:15.

    I am sore as shit from those 225# back squats.

  2. This was insane. I did RX'd for 6 rounds then went down to 35 lbs (1 pood KB) for the last 4 rounds. 23:56. That was some pullups. One of those WODs you just grind through.... knowing that eventually... you'll be done with the work.
