  1. I forgot how nasty this one is. Had to change weights too, which just sucks ass, but I plodded through it. Finished 3 and 3 cause I just could't take switching the weights anymore.

    Weight: 205ish

    305# Deadlift
    155# Squat Clean
    135# Shoulder Press

    I have no set up to bench with, so 135# SP is the same percentage of my max SP as bodyweight bench would be of my max bench.

    TT: 47:30 as described.

  2. damn... Justin you are a beast. I scaled this one severely for known reasons.

    I did 155# DL
    135# full squat cleans
    For bench, because the shoulder is toast (and I keep putting off seeing a doc) I tripled the reps and did pushups, so 165 pushups total I think.

    Headed up to Aspen! Big ass mountain bike ride tomorrow, then probably rest Sat, hit the condo gym Sun-Mon. Gotta do that rope/squat deal when I get back!
