  2. Scaled the BS's down to 185. Man I could easily crank this out with 225... just trying to be careful.

GHD"s RX'd but slow. Haven't done them hands to floor in over a year. I am starting to test where my limits are and push what the Denver Spine dudes said I could and could not do. We'll see how it feels later.

Back from a week of decadence in Chicago.. felt good to WOD. Going camping tonight through Sunday, so again I will fall behind. Gotta make up Ship next week. No hero WOD shall be skipped!!!

  3. Used 115 for the Back Squat and did regular situps with a 15 pound medicine ball.

About halfway through the 15 reps of BS my arms went numb. I was holding the bar really wide. Added a pad on the bar and moved my arms in closer. Numbness stopped.

  4. Holy destructor! As rx'd in 14:10. I know I could go faster but my abs started cramping up in the round of thirty and I had to break them ghds down into slow sets of 5 with rest to avoid a catastrophic cramping seizure. I have a combo feeling of fran and heavy back squats, yuck.
