    Scaled DL's to 185, the rest RX'd. I think I can start going a little heavier on these. Didn't hurt my back.

Dang Fletcher, I had this all written out on the white board how I was going to beat your time, I was even 30 seconds ahead cause I smoked the GHDs and deadlifts, when low and behold my forearms refused to spin the rope for the DU's. The wheels were pretty much so off after that and I just ground it out in 10:48. Nice time Craig.
