Wall balls and TTBs

    TT 14:06. Killer.

    Actually the last two shorter rounds were the hardest cos I was dying. Did WB's unbroken for 30, 20, and 10. That got me breathing.

    TTB were all strict, full extension. Played around with kipping before the WOD and I can sort of do that, but I think it will take away from core development so why do that?

  3. I felt incredibly out of shape during this one esp for the TTB. Wall balls were actually pretty good as I was able to string together 20-25 at a time when needed and actually did 15 on th elast set as I couldn't remember the count, but toes? Shit, 5 strung together at the most and mostly a kipping movement. This was a killer as my hands are shaking.
