  1. subbed 30 ring pushups for the HSPU's, the rest RX'd. TT 16:30, burpees took 6:20. Pullups went slow. Shitdamnallright.

  2. DId this on 7/10 and FAIL! I injured my neck (pinched it) doing the burpee's. Don't know how, but it hurt like a mo' fo'! Pushed on but quit after pullups. I couldn't continue, but did get a good workout in. I made it through the pullups, and quit.
