Three rounds for time of:135 pound Hang power clean, 15 reps15 Burpees
Changed the weight to 85 pounds for the hang power cleans.TT 10:34
This was a forearm burner and a gasser by the end. I think I paced it about right and felt pretty good through out. 6:58 as Rx'd.
