    95 pound Thruster
    Pull-ups

    I will do this tomorrow. I just wanted to post this today so that the dates line up with the main site.

  2. Did this today. Forgot we had a lamaze class yesterday.

    I used 65 pounds instead of the 95 for the thrusters. Time was still slow and that was due to the pullups. I haven't done them in a while. I also due them dead hang on rings because I do not have a bar.

  3. Good WOD. Scaled to 85# PP. This was brutal and fairly quick although I struggle w/leg related press exercises.
