  1. I did this with a barbell loaded to 120#. Did six and five right and then left handed burpees. Did the burpee with one hand on the barbell and then did a sideways one handed deadlift. Think it is a fair sub. Think my lower back will spasm at any moment. 22:19 as described.

  2. Yo dudes. Just installed the blogger iPhone app, works good! Did this at 6AM. Used 50 lb db's. 22:54. I run really slow. I was still sweating long after I got out of the shower. Wtf?

  3. Subbed 30# dumbells for the 60s (don't have anything heavier and probably would not have finished the WOD even if I did). Did add a 20# vest for both the runs and the Burpee DL. This was brutal. Not because of the weight, but because of the 104 heat index. Frak it's hot. Hopefuly it will be cooler next time around.

  5. I just did this one today. Subbed 60# KB's as the Db's were in use at the gym. Probably made this one easier on my back though. What a killer! I was incredibly winded by round 3 but kept pushing. Felt out of shape (again), but it's the middle of teh Summer and my workouts usually start to wane do to other activity.
