    First time doing this WOD and snatches with weights.

    Used 75 pounds.

  2. 4:45 as rx'd. 25 seconds off of PR, but did it at the home gym and I so I don't drop from the top on every rep like at the box, cause my wife does not like the house to shake violently at 6:45a.m. It is definitely more work to hang onto the bar through out the wod.
