So I did this "more than" RX'd in my view, because per the video I did ass to ankles butterfly situps which you can't really kip on. The rest was RX'd. My DUs were awful LOTS of singles, I was cussing up a storm. I've lost that loving feeling. Last set of OHS I went 10,10,10,12,8.
TT 34:57. I was going for sub 35 and barely gutted it out. Cherie Chan is a freak. Sub 22 and she's a she. Bad assy sassy ness.
Chris,thanks for the props on the split jerk, it felt good to get a PR, but sir is for my 104 year old Grandpa.
Fletcher, this wod is an utter bastard and double unders at the end just made me feel stupid. I doubt my situps were quite as strict as yours cause my legs just don't quite bend like that, however, I have broken all but my shittiest jumprope, so I had to use the one with the foam grips that is way to light to get any kind of rythm with, so that kinda evened it out.
Oh I almost forgot. It took everything I had to not quit after round one. I am not sure at all why I started doing those pullups but I did and I was happier for it...in the words of Harely, "Better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool."
