Push Press 3x3x3x3x3x3x3

  1. So I did a fat boy trying to be less of a fat boy version of this by adding a 500m row in between each round. However, I didn't do it for time and I allowed myself about 20 to 30 seconds of rest before cleaning the weight into position. I figured going for a 3 rep max overhead while gassed from rowing was an invitation to disaster. Did good, except for I hurt the shit of my thumb on the last round when I tried to mute the impact of the bar on the ground. Lesson learned would be if you gonna drop it then just fucking drop it.

    As descriped 175x3, 185x3, 195x3, 205x3, 215x3, 220x3 hurt thumb and finished last row but stopped on the pp. I think 220 is pr, but I am not sure.

  4. Started this on 2 different days. Never got to finish it. Today was the day I get to go all the way through this WOD.

    115-125-135-145F-145-150F-150F

    The first to fails I did 2.5 reps. Last one was half rep then another half rep.

  5. My lower back( I think) is finally getting stronger. I was able to start @135 and move up to 155.
    135x2 140x2 145x1 155x2
    I'm pretty thrilled as I keep expecting that lower "twinge" that kills me, but I felt pretty strong. Anyway... moving on to bigger and better
