  2. Damn guys, I have been out for a long time. I was starting to wonder if I had mono or something... just really fatigued, sleeping a lot, that sort of thing. Still don't feel right, but I might try a "take it easy pace" WOD this evening or tomorrow AM. Feel bad, never missed this much workout time but something bad is going on... probably just a weird virus.

  4. Used a pair of 30# dumbells on a regular bench 15 reps and 20 situps with a 15#med ball. Everything else RX'd (my 800M runs are 900M)

  5. I'm still here. I've just been doing some other workout shit. Back on the mainsite starting tomorrow. I decided to give this one a go because it looked fun.

  6. Did this with 1,000M rows, rows were the toughest part for some reason, just really hard.

    18:33. Not a great time. It was the rowing that killed me I guess. Going to NYC tomorrow for 5 days with Chelle to celebrate her 40th. we plan to stop in to a huge, new CF Reebok gym on 5th avenue in Manhattan for a WOD. Check this place out:
