30 HPCs, 50 1 leggers, Row a 2K

  1. I have learned that HPCs are really tough on my back, but regular power cleans from the floor are a lot better for me because I can use my legs more and am not tweaking/bending over backwards as much.

    So I scaled to 175 and did power cleans, the rest RX'd. The cleans were about 5:30, the 1 legged squats were damn hard but I did them all the way down, that took about 5 minutes. Those were really hard...

    Then the 2K row was nasty of course, especially after doing 3 1K sprints 24 hours ago.

  2. Scaled PC to 155, probably a little light but 175 was not going to happen. Actually was able to do pistols today, I stood on an expansion joint in the concrete and I think lining up my leg foot and eye with the crack helped. The an error code came up on the PM3, so I just rowed my ass off for about 8 and 1/2 minutes. Great wod. Somewhere around 18 minutes.

  3. Tough ass WOD. I scaled HPC's to 155 and subbed 200 SDHP's for the rows. Those sucked balls.
