  1. Where is everybody? I went back to last Monday's chupper and did that. I am still not 100%, it's weird... not sure I am ready for a hero WOD yet. Maybe tomorrow? No one posted the chipper so I put up a backdated posted and commented over there.

  2. I think I need new rings. I was doing the muscle ups with the turn out at the bottom in round one, but then my rings were so slick I could not hang on. I have the plastic Tyler Hauss ones and I just think they are done. Maybe they have soaked up too much sweat and oil in their day. I am going to try wooden ones. If I tape up the plastic ones, then I can grip them but they destroy my wrist. Enough whinning. This was very very tough at this point in the cycle. 3 rounds and 4 muscle ups as rx'd.
