Push Press, Shuttle runs and Squat Snatch

  1. I had to take a couple days off. The HPC's, 1 leggers and SDHP's had my body screaming. I ached from head to toe. Sore as I've ever been in a long long time.

    This was a good one. Squat Snatches were the hardest. Still moving pretty slow, but it felt good to workout.

  2. Chris, I was very sore too. I have some deep seated knots in my right ass muscle. I think it must have been the one leggers and then the rowing sprints and tabata thrusters back to back.

    I am glad you posted a number to beat. I just keept counting to five and then snatchin in the final round because I knew I could easily wait a full minute and not feel like doing another one. 17:17 as Rx'd.

  3. Man you guys I really feel like a puss. I had a hard time with this one. A lot of it has to do with my shoulders being spanked from yesterday, and also I did 20M sprints (4x20) instead of 10... misread the WOD. So I went 19:52. Wimpy.
