Well I butchered this one so I could do something similar. Haven't done more than 5 pullups in a couple of months, but chin-ups were feeling OK, not palms out though.
So the Fletcherized version went thusly:
100 WBs RX'd 50 chin-ups 50 DL's @135 100 air squats 100 walking lunges (pistols were hurting knee) 100 DB snatches, scaled to 50 lbs.
70 lbs snatches x100 is man stuff. I did 10 during warm up and was about failing.
The snatches were the toughest. Took 10-11 minutes.

Dropped the dumbbell on my left foot (it bounced then landed on foot)... foot is numb right now, putting weight on it hurts. Landed atop 2-3 metatarsal bones, close to point of articulation with toes. Ouch.
I complain too much. I am dripping with sweat in a huge way.
It's more like a journal.... I ain't complaining, I'm just chronicling!
